Refunds and returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, here's how we can help:

1. Refund Period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

2. Refund Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Must include proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
• No refunds for promotional or personalized items

3. Damaged/Incorrect Items
If the product is defective or there was an error in your order, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Return Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.
